Self defense expert, Sensei Jack Krystek and his son Jack gave a great Israeli combatives seminar at Omni on Saturday, May 8th.  Sensei Jack, a Haganah black belt, 6th Dan Judo and  co founder of Jiu Jitsu Modern Style has been training for 54 years, and his school has been open for over forty!  He taught defense against a baseball bat attack after taking students through a tough warm up (which the 70 year old Sensei completed with ease.)  I want to thank the man that inspired me through some tough times in my life and whose love of the martial arts encouraged me to dedicate my life to helping others through Omni Martial Arts.  Thank you Sensei Jack!
